A lover of Richmond with deep roots in the community, Ashley is a multi-passionate entrepreneur known for blending wellness with style. Just a few blocks down from the salon, you’ll find her first love, The Beet Box, a fresh juice bar that recently celebrated the opening of its second location in Church Hill.
In the fall of 2024, Ashley expanded her vision with Melt Parlor: a luxury waxing, tanning, and aesthetics salon built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and confident in their own skin. Ashley’s mission has always been clear—create a space that’s unapologetically inclusive, refreshingly welcoming, and rooted in authenticity.
