Before your appointment at Melt Parlor, we ask that you please read through the following policies and information to stay up-to-date and informed about our salon environment and procedures.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Any changes to your appointment—including cancellations, reschedules, or service modifications —must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations(with less than 24-hours notice) will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-Show Appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Terms and Conditions:
A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. By booking online and providing a card on file, you acknowledge and agree to this policy—authorizing Melt Parlor to charge the applicable fees in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
When you create an account for online booking, you are automatically opted-in to receive text message and email communications from Melt Parlor—including appointment confirmations, reminders, and other important time-sensitive notifications.
If you choose to opt-out of text and/or email communications, you acknowledge that you will no longer receive these automated notifications and that Melt Parlor will be unable to communicate with you via text regarding your appointments. Late cancellation and no-show fees will still apply according to our policy.
Child Policy
Our salon environment and service rooms have been designed for relaxation and focus—areas may contain hot wax, sharp implements, technical equipment, and other materials that are not suitable for children under the age of 12 years old.
To ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable experience for all guests, children are not permitted in the salon.
