Meet Ashley,

Salon Owner and CEO—the bold, brilliant mind behind Melt Parlor. A lover of Richmond with deep roots in the community, Ashley is a multi-passionate entrepreneur known for blending wellness with style. Just a few blocks down from the salon, you’ll find her first love, The Beet Box, a fresh juice bar that recently celebrated the opening of its second location in Church Hill.

In the fall of 2024, Ashley expanded her vision with Melt Parlor: a luxury waxing, tanning, and aesthetics salon built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and confident in their own skin. From day one, Ashley’s mission has been clear—create a space that’s unapologetically inclusive, refreshingly welcoming, and rooted in authenticity.

Her passion for people and eye for beauty are at the heart of everything Melt Parlor stands for.
